📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to support employee development.,Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, including e-learning modules and manuals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand training needs and provide feedback.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including scheduling and logistics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
