📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows,Monitor and report on production progress and quality,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Maintain and update production records and documentation,Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving issues,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards,Assist in training and mentoring new employees,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices,Proficient in using production management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
