This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 4,500,000 per month. Located in the bustling area of Badung, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in Bali’s rich culture while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive support solutions.
• Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and support activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer support best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
• Proficiency in using customer support software such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
