📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
• Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
