Local Moon Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Crew to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. As a Deputy Kitchen Crew, you will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to prepare and serve delicious meals to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and served to the required standards of quality, safety, and presentation.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Assist in preparing and maintaining food displays and buffets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
