With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll use tools like Salesforce and Tableau to track program performance and identify areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sports programs for corporate clients, government agencies, and elite sports organizations.
• Conduct needs assessments and client consultations to identify opportunities for sports-based interventions.
• Design and deliver sports initiatives that enhance employee well-being, team performance, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of sports projects.
• Monitor program performance and use data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sports business and consulting.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting program outcomes and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports business, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sports programs.
• Strong understanding of sports facility management and operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in sports business or consulting (e.g., CSCS, SFP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
