Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing robust data quality controls and validation processes.,Develop and maintain data analysis tools, models, and frameworks to support business operations and decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.,Present data analysis findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.,Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to support the company's growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data challenges.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
