📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Supervise and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
