BOLT Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Rembang. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain restaurant profitability, including sales, costs, and expenses.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Participate in regular performance reviews and goal-setting activities with management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
