Esfira Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role is based in Jakarta Raya but will require travel to Vanuatu for business purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Manage office administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Provide support to the management team with various administrative and operational tasks.,Maintain and update company records, including employee files, contracts, and other relevant documents.,Assist in the organization and coordination of business trips to Vanuatu, including travel arrangements and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with travel and logistics arrangements is a plus.
