🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the insurance industry.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly and concisely.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
