📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of operations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve store targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
