📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support employee development,Mentor and coach employees to help them reach their full potential,Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address them,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the success of training initiatives,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions🛠️ Keahlian
