📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.,Monitor and control production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of production.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to production staff.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project Management Software.,Understanding of quality management systems and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
