In this role, you'll work closely with our team of designers, stylists, and pattern makers to develop and refine our menswear collections. You'll be responsible for creating sketches, patterns, and samples that bring our designs to life. Our collections are known for their unique blend of traditional Indonesian elements and contemporary styles, so you'll need to have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of both.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine menswear collections, incorporating traditional Indonesian elements and contemporary styles.
• Create sketches, patterns, and samples that bring designs to life.
• Collaborate with stylists and pattern makers to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.
• Conduct fashion shows and presentations to showcase collections to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in menswear fashion.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand strategy.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the development of new product lines and seasonal collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in menswear fashion design.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and proportion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Indonesian fashion trends and market.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic and technical skills.
