📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide regular updates to clients on product and service offerings.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, if required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
