📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities.
  • Perform various laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Train new employees on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.
  • Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
