You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
