📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and execute research projects in advanced materials science and polymer technology.
  • Collaborate with international researchers and industry partners.
  • Ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Prepare and present project reports and findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of research methodologies.
  • Coordinate with laboratory staff for sample preparation and testing.
  • Participate in conferences and workshops to share research findings.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in materials science or polymer research.
  • Strong background in polymer synthesis, characterization, and testing.
  • Proven ability to manage research projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
