📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Perform regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using computer software and tools for inventory management and reporting.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
