📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.,Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document findings accurately and promptly.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, and educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and follow all infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in nursing.,Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families as needed.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the provision of healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
