📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.,Train and motivate staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our products and services and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the store is a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote our products and services and drive traffic to the store.,Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.🛠️ Keahlian
