📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage store budgets and expenses.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
