📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate team to achieve sales and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
