📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all business processes.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor operational teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Leverage Salesforce and Zendesk to streamline processes and improve customer service.
• Drive strategic initiatives to grow our market presence and expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PropTech and real estate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in scaling operations.
• Proven experience in PropTech or real estate operations, preferably in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Zendesk, with the ability to implement and optimize these tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for PropTech and a drive to innovate and grow in the real estate and hospitality landscape.
