📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate with sales and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Maintain and update client records and billing information.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their billing inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in billing and financial management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
