📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and alerting using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Participate in incident response and recovery efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations and monitoring, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
