📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain the school's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and students to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce professional-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual communications.
• Manage and organize design files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to assets.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, to promote the school and its programs.
• Support the school's events and activities by creating visual content for presentations, invitations, and other event materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working in an educational or international setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with educators, administrators, and students.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively.
• Fluency in English, as the school's primary language of instruction and communication is English.
