As an Automotive Technician at Solanda Enterprises Inc., you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues, from minor maintenance to complex engine problems. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians and mechanics to ensure that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 6,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform engine diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners and engine analyzers.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle models, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve complex engine issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Generate detailed reports on vehicle diagnostics and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Proven expertise in engine diagnostics and maintenance.
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software such as Snap-on DST, Autel MaxiSYS, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
